Juni0r83 Posted January 20, 2014 Report Share Posted January 20, 2014 So today was for me the first day of week 3 of my first 6 week challenge, and also the first BBWW workout of my third week of doing it. But today for the first time, my push-ups were from my toes, not my knees. That means I managed to completely skip the hole incline push-up stage, which is probably good because there are no stairs where I live... And once my shoulders reattach themselves i know I'll feel the pain.
