Big Motivator

I was training last week, struggling through my routine and going a bit 'Meh', I still finished the workout but I felt like I was missing something...fast forward to the weekend and I run into a few friends I;ve not seen for a good few months to be told 'You've lost a lot of timber' and some questions about what I'd done to drop the weight!

 

Was a top feeling and I'm still at the gym every other morning and doing my routine...consistency FTW!
