Woodycakes
After lurking and reading the blog for a year, recovering from awful lower back/fat ass pain, and going to the gym 3 times a week for about 6 months, I finally hit a goal! Last week: Deadlifted 180 lbs (including bar) Today: Squatted 175 (including bar) Since I'm a 176 lbs dude, I'd say that I can finally pick myself up and carry my own weight. Literally! Rhandrews
That is awesome! I'm just getting by bloated self moving in the gym. I squatted 30lbs plus bar and couldn't walk 2 days later. But I may just make my goal your goal. ***one day I will lift Woodycakes!*** 1 Quote Link to comment
