Goofyfoot Posted February 9, 2014 Report Share Posted February 9, 2014 So, after reading up on Saints success story, I started to immaculately track my workouts, reps, time everything. Knowing that I was keeping track definitely helped me focus. Today I shattered my BBWC best time *form first, time second* and came in at 18:06.9 . this decimates my last time of 21.03!!! I think part of it is I am really motivating myself, that if I go four workouts under 19 minutes, I am going to move on to the Advanced Body weight circuit. *another woot* none of my XXL shirts fit anymore, they all look ridiculous on me, and the few XL that I had laying around and never wore, are looking good!
