Anamal Posted March 22, 2014 Report Share Posted March 22, 2014 Well the title says it all. Today I accomplished my first big girl pull up! After talking with a male co-worker about how I couldn't do them unassisted he decided to show off by doing a few holding on to the door frame of one of the recording booths. Assuming I'd get 1/2 a pull up I tried too, and was amazed when my chin cleared the door frame. I've had the goal of completing a pull up for over a year now and I feel totally stoked to have done it it seriously feels almost unreal. 8 Quote Link to comment
