I've never gotten lost while running the trails near my place (and it's a contained area just big enough to feel natural, but not big enough that I could get terribly lost...) - but I have had a few runs go longer than intended after a wrong turn... Next goal is to do 4 miles faster. I'd like to push it to 5, but I really hurt my knee so want to avoid pushing the farther distance before I buy better shoes. Quote Link to comment
