I lost 13 pounds, learned to love some new foods, got in a great habit of cooking, and just generally felt invincible for 30 days. Anyone who has ever considered it - do it! Seriously. - This challenge I did my first 5K, and did it in better time than I expected -This:(Sorry for potatoes) That's 27 lbs gone! My second challenge has meant so much to me. After 12 weeks with NF ... well, I'm never going back!! I still have some pounds to lose and other goals I'm set on achieving, but I never imagined I'd have so much success so quickly. I could not have done it without this amazing support system. I haven't endeavored to run (it just isn't part of my current fitness goals) but I am working on increasing my endurance for distance while walking.
