Long ago I would get out of bed and immediately do pushups, then do a set before bed. My personal record was 72 in 60 seconds. That was also 17 years ago though.... Why don't we all do our AMRAP for 60 seconds before the challenge, and then we can all do it again after the challenge? I'm personally excited to see how much I've improved during my quest to offset Raev. Plus, then we can give out sweet titles like "Most Improved" and stuff like that! 3 Quote All men are frauds. My current workout plan includes Side-to-Side Pushups, which are ranked the same as Clapping Pushups in the Rebel Strength Guide.
