After I put her in bed, finally, I found it on the stairs, and brought it back in to her. Without opening her eyes, she mumbled, "Daddy, if you find the kitty, you can put her right here next to me, even if I'm asleep." So I put it right next to her on her pillow, and still eyes closed, she smiles and says "And that's why you're Daddy." 9 Quote The cancer was aggressive, but the chemotherapy was aggressive, as well.
