Not complaining. We earned every push-up.

Is it sad that I am staying up long enough tonight to get a few push-ups in before I go to bed so they count?

Oops. Forgot that clappers were worth 2 also :tongue:

(I found them quite a bit harder than declines, but I've been doing those for a while)

Yeah, for some reason I thought the clappers were 3. I guess because too me they are super hard. So 1.5 would seem about right then

Just to be clear about the injuries. .. I'm being sarcastic about mine. ..I totally agree that injuries are worth adjusted AMRAP. ..I have Lived with mine for at least 2 years, if not 12, or even 35... it's just Been recently taken seriously by a doc. Mri instead of throwing drugs and injections at me.

So. .I joke. .. but I am supportive of someone adjusting thier AMRAP for injury.

I agree with the points for the half clippers...

And Sarah. .. you are a monster! But wise.

I didn't heat up that frozen pizza now did I? I need to substitute exercise for food when stressed.

 

That is one thing I noticed since starting this pushup challenge, I'm stuffing food in my face less often when I'm not hungry because I'm working out my stress and anxiety through push ups :) Physical Therapy.... whole new meaning to me now!

I'm having to add protein to my day. .. and, yes. .. Pushups ftw!

This morning, 50 wide hand counter pushups. .. bathroom counter, I'm moving my incline down!

Wootwoot ChristArtist! I read somewhere that incline pushups prepare you better for standard pushups than knee pushups because you use slightly different muscles in knee pushups, you keep this up and you'll be hammering out standards in no time, then who knows, maybe a few clappers? Keep up the good work :D

I read somewhere that incline pushups prepare you better for standard pushups than knee pushups because you use slightly different muscles in knee pushups, you keep this up and you'll be hammering out standards in no time, then who knows, maybe a few clappers? Keep up the good work :D

 

I'm alternating sets of knee and full pushups this week.  There's definitely more abs used in counter and full pushups!

Yes. .. tomorrow! Left ankle and right knee won't let me walk too far. ..but this is WHY I come to the beach!

Another 52 glass wall pushups. ..@1/4pt....×2= 26 glass wall points for Monday.

150 wide handed counter pushups @ 1/3 points =50 points for Monday.

Monday's final total:

76 points
