The Swedish Ninja
Hi Tash, great to have you here! That seems to be some good motivation Have you given any thought of how to get there? What you want to eat, how/how much you want to exercise etc 1 Quote Level 3: NinjaCurrent Challenge with the Druids (Nov 2nd-dec 13th) Every man I meet, is my superior in some way. The Swedish Ninja
The food you eat seem great (I don´t like calling Paleo a diet, since that implies you are doing a temporary thing or are restraining yourself from something). Looking at your workout, I have a thought: It´s important to train your whole body, and not just one part. You are training your core with the plank, your chest and arms with the pushups, and (part of) your legs with the squat challenge. I however recommend that you follow a program than encompasses the whole body, and every major muscle group. For instance, you don´t workout your back with any of the above mentioned exercises. But perhaps you already do this apart from these challenges? Steve´s blog offer some great programs. Tash
Hmm, I feel that I train my back with the plank. More that my arms. I'm also thinking about sit ups, I realy should train that part. Problem is that I'm born with a handicap and have problems with my balance so I can not do very much Quote Current Challenge Previous challenge: #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 Facebook Instagram Link to comment
The Swedish Ninja
Well, your back gets some training in the plank, but it´s not the primary muscle groups that´s used. I would definitely add dumbbell rows or another back exercise if you have the ability to do these. If you want more tips, post a thread in the other part of the forum and I´m sure more informed people than me can help you 1 Quote Level 3: NinjaCurrent Challenge with the Druids (Nov 2nd-dec 13th) Every man I meet, is my superior in some way.
