andygates Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 Gym clothes - scrappy old tee, shorts, undershorts (its a fat thigh thing), vibrams. Belt - an Eleiko slab'o'cow. Water bottle. Gym pass and a pound for the locker (I never have change otherwise). Shaker bottle with protein powder for after. Climber's chalk ball in a ziploc baggie. Strapping tape just in case. At least ones I've seen don't need to be mounted and fit most door frames. The total gym version is minimalistic enough to fit in the average duffel bag.
