Lou_be_Lou Posted May 22, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 22, 2014 I'm especially pleased as I still remember how very very tough getting running was - it took me three attempts at a version of couch to 5k (I used the Zest: Running Made Easy book) to just get through that program - so I'm still in a state of semi-shock at being able to run! Frivolous, but I'm fine with that. Next goal? Maintenance through June as I've got a crazy month - after that????? Haven't decided just yet.... More outdoor runs, keep working on strength, keep on enjoying feeling fit?Would love to be back in the woot room eventually with a sub 27 min 5k.
