Batsygirl Posted August 24, 2014 Report Share Posted August 24, 2014 I just joined this morning. I found this place because I was searching for some additional support for Paleo. I'm 5'7 and when I started Paleo I was at 159. My husband and I joined a cross fit gym a month ago, and this gym offers nutrition with it. Currently I'm on week 2 of a 100% Paleo challenge. I am seeing a few changes here and there. Like I said its been two weeks since I started and today I'm at 153. Which I'm very happy about. Paleo is really difficult from me because I LOVE sweets, chocolate, ice cream, and candy. With my Paleo being very strict I can't have honey, agave, or coconut sugar, and fruit doesn't seem to be cutting it anymore. After the challenge I will continue on the Paleo diet, just not as strict as I'm doing now. I hope to get to know you all better so that way I can cheer you all on! Quote Link to comment

So awesome to hear of a couple that goes to the gym with each other, that no doubt has its' benefits for both of you all Also, keep up the good work on the paleo diet!
