thewritescott Posted September 21, 2014 Report Share Posted September 21, 2014 I'm down to 187 and two days ago I Deadlifted 190 pounds. It was the first time I tried doing more than 135 lbs. I worked up in increments of 10 then added the 5 more when I realized how close I was. Only did 2 reps at that weight. 1 Quote I can. I will.
