My workouts are usually running (~5km) or bodyweight workouts. (I use Zombies, Run! for running, which is brilliant, but have nothing to really keep me motivated for half-hour-ish bodyweight workouts (hopefully, being here will help ;D)). Companion Posted December 20, 2014 Report Share Posted December 20, 2014 welcome to the group. I find that having something that I look forward to for body weight workouts is key. Whether it be an audiobook, YouTube clips of a favorite comedian, or my favorite music. I only allow myself to listen to that particular thing during the workout, so it makes me want to do it more.
