My First Woot

It's a milestone of sorts. My first workout of the new year and first circuit!

dunno if it's agreat routine or whatever, but it's confidence towards my goal to just be more awesome

Dynamic stretching

1mile 8:40

3x10 tri push down 75

3x6 lat pull 85

3x10 bicep curl 45

3x8 vertical chest press 75

2x10 triple sit up

3x10 back extension

1mile 6:43

3x9 tri push 85

3x9 lat pull 85

3x10 bicep curl 45

5x5 vert chest press 95

3x10 triple sit up

4x10 back extension

Static stretching

I also did a little sauna boxing and meditation

Level 3 Martial Monk, True Neutral
