Double woot (aka woot woot)

Woot #1

After 12 weeks of Stronglifts - having never lifted weights before - I managed 5x5 70kg (my body weight) squats last night.  I was moaning about stalling recently but having deloaded and worked back up I feel so much better with the squat and I'm now getting deeper than parallel :D

 

Woot #2

Body fat percentage now under 10%.  Ok - it's just using calipers but started at 16% so a definite improvement!  Not too much hiding that 6 pack now.  It will be mine!

 

PS Can anyone help me embed a google docs graph in a forum post - I've tried the html code it gives for embedding (doesn't work) and linking the url as an image (says you are not allowed to use that file extension) - the graphs are here and here
