Heyo,

 

My name is Meg and I currently live in Columbus, Ohio. Last I checked I currently weigh around 170lbs and I'm approaching 200lbs more quickly then I'd like to admit. I used to play sports in high school, and that kept me pretty in shape. But now I'm a junior in college, and the past 3 years in school have not done me any good physically. I do a lot of sitting (cuz studying), and I have a bit of a problem with overeating junk. So I'm basically trying to get back in shape, and hopefully even surpass my high school physique. I'd like to look good, but my priorities lie more with performance and strength. I've tried before and failed, so this time I really want to go for it. I'm planning on starting with the beginner circuit and going from there. If anyone has any tips for me, I'd like to know! Thanks.
