billybabb
I have not posted on the site before but I have been reading this site and board since August. I have lost over 50 pounds following a paleo diet and following the beginner bodyweight workout. I started at 215lbs. and last weighed in at 164lbs. I love nerd fitness. This site has inspired me to get healthy for my wife and 2, soon to be 3, little girls. 7 Quote Link to comment
