ValkyrieGrace Posted February 18, 2015 Report Share Posted February 18, 2015 I have two running woots!1. I ran 5k distance without stopping! That's the farthest I've ever run without stopping! Woo! I thought I was going to give myself a short walking breather, but I just didn't feel like stopping. (My legs wanted to, but my brain didn't!) 2. I timed each lap, which in my neighborhood is a mile, and in my first mile I ran my fastest mile to date! The last mile I had timed, I think I ran it in 8m40s. This mile I clocked in at 8m22!
