aalex
It's been exactly 2 months since I got into NerdFitness!I checked my mail box yesterday and noticed I got my first email from NerdFitness on January the 6th. So... it's been exactly two months since I started my journey. I've lost 19lbs and, more importantly, become stronger, more active, and happier. My BF% has definitely dropped (sadly, I haven't measured it) and I feel so good about myself.I'm only halfway there, though; last week my weight was 160lbs (72.7kg) and I'd like to hit +/- 145lbs (65kg). 6 Quote Ranger/Assassin | Level 2Strength: 4 | Dexterity: 1 | Stamina: 3 | Constitution: 3 | Wisdom: 4 | Charisma: 1Paleo | Body weight workout | WeighliftingIntro | Previous 6 Weeks Challenge | Current 6 Weeks Challenge Starting weight: 180lbsCurrent weight: 156.5lbsGoal: +/- 140 lbs There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Beefeater
I feel so good about myself. This is really all that matters. Don't let the lack of measurements get you down. You're doing great!
