Hi there I ust want to Introduce myself to the warriors! 

I'm a swiss student. And I want to get stronger!

@ the end of the year I want to be able to Squat 1.5 x my Bodyweight, Deadlift 2.0x my bodyweight and Bench Press 0.75x bodyweight!

 

Here the link to my challange I'm now about to complete the last part of these cycle. 

 

And could increase the weights for about 10 - 15k on each big lift.

 

I struggle with getting over 5 Chin-Ups anyone a tip?

 

My next cycle will be the Programm of Jonnie Candito, anybody experiences with this Programm?
