Hi All !

 

I'm new to the whole online forum scene but have been on the road to health and wellness ( on again/ off again) Love/ hate relationship for well a long time and I've had some success losing roughly 30lbs over the last 5 years. I've been doing this on my own for the most part and I'm already fairly active in my day to day routine so now its just that next step of setting some new goals to push for and having the faith and motivation to go forward.

 

So here is a bit about me:

 

I'm 25 F Canada ( EH ! )  5'3" and I currently work out 4 times a week ( 2x Bootcamp classes and 2X Week w/ a PT) and eat clean  ( I cleaned up my  eating to near Paleo about a month ago) I currently weigh 155lbs.

 

My Goals:

Conquer the WORLD !!

Ok maybe a bit ambitious....

 

I am currently signed up to complete my first Tough Mudder Race this summer since I got a taste of adventure runs with Spartan last summer...  T-Minus 100 days ! So my goal is to be Mudder ready in 100 days = Gain strength and Lose Fat  

 

Here are the specifics .... In 100 days I will be able to complete a set of 10 Pull ups / Increase my Dead lift from 100lbs to 150lbs and finally conquer the monkey bars (something I have never done -_- )
