Don't know how much I will post here however, you seem like cool people/dwarves/elves/hobbits/whatever. I'll do my best to keep up but we live in a chaotic world and my life is disorganized accordingly. Now, drop and do 20... Seriously, do it. ... If you just did 20 or more push ups or other cardio of your choice, we're going to get along. Time is precious, do what you can. Try kangaroo meat, it's high in iron.
