First time challenge

Six-week goal: rehab my shoulders

 

method: do rotator cuff exercises every other day plus light military press and "girl" or stair push-ups.

 

Long-term goal: get Ernestine Shepherd shoulders

                           complete a triathlon by the end of the year

okay. Getting back into this after--finally--rehabbing my shoulder last year (and then just lazing around and sort of working out.)

 

Last week (Friday to Friday), I lifted weights.  My shoulder did not hurt.  I was able to bench press 60 pounds and military press (with dumbells) 30 pounds. 

I rode my bike for 15 miles on Saturday.

I did nothing on Sunday.  :ambivalence:

I ran -so very slowly- on Monday.

I swam one mile on Tuesday.

I did squats (45 pounds) and dead lift (70 pounds) on Wed. 

Rest day Thurs.

Yea, me!
