When i'm done with work for the summer (2 weeks!) I will be adding running, biking, and yoga in. Currently transitioning to Paleo. Eating about 85% Paleo since 4/20/15. Lover of most things nerdy (thanks, in part, to my hubby). Video games, board games, sci-fi, fantasy, etc. Star wars over star trek. Lord of the Rings over Star Wars Looking forward to some community interaction. I used to workout with my husband. He has been down and out for about two years after a car accident and multiple back surgeries. Looking for some positive nerds to encourage and chat about fitness topics (and some nerdy ones!).
