CowpieDan Posted June 1, 2015 Report Share Posted June 1, 2015 Hey I'm Dan from the UK and after a client commented on my belly the other week I figured my usual diet of Playstation and Pizza wasn't such a good idea. So sadly the Pizza has to go (well down to only occasionally anyway). I had success in the past with Paleo ish eating and I enjoy weight training and hill walking (though my knee is currently bust so the walking is on a break and I'm missing it). I work fulltime in a stressful job and my spare time is spent gaming, reading (fantasy mainly), daydreaming , gym a couple times a week and staring wistfully at hills that I can't walk up at the moment. I cut chocolate out a month ago which is a big deal for me and cut grains out a week ago. I'm at 99kg at the moment and would love to be a reasonably lean 80kg - my knee would thank me too!
