300# benchpress

About 4 or 5 years ago, when I first started getting serious about working out regularly, I told the trainer I wanted to bench 315#. He rolled his eyes at me. I have not tried for a 1 rep max, but 300 x 3 reps was pretty easy this morning. I'm positive I can do the 315# once. And it feels great! Wish I remembered his name so I could send him a video... Now I'm aiming for 350#...

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.

Niiiceeee and congrats man! You should totally hunt that guy down and send him a video. I totally would. If you're going to try and tell me that I can't do something that I KNOW I can do in the future, I want to prove you wrong.

Right now people laugh when I say I can't do one pull up, but who will be laughing when I'll eventually be able to do more than they can? >:3

I wish. Actually a bit paunchy... Goal for next year involves improving the diet.
