Hi everyone,

First time posting so heres my quick bio.

im 24 living in the mountains most of the year (so no gym but lots of outdoor), my work involves a lot of kitchen hours and wine delivery so is quite active and i try to ride my downhill bike or jog/walk regularly around my work hours (around 60-65hrs per week on average).

Ive generally joined to try sorting out my diet as i seem to be gaining fat and not maintaining muscle mass when i exercise which baffles me? this could just be down to a lack of protein as i generally eat alot of vegetables and eggs at home before an outing then whatever we are given at work for dinner which is quite regularly a decent mix of meat and veg maybe not prepared in the healthiest way... (yes only two meals a day as i am normally short on time unfortunatley).

Should i try going more paleo route and attempt to stick to meat veg and healthy fats when i can? ive been keeping track of my intake and its rarely over 2000kcal a day.

currently 85kg (190lbs ish), 181cm and wear 34" (this weight doesnt seem to change just the ammount of jigglin seems to increase which is concerning)

cheers
