Husband surprised me with a date! ♡♡♡ The restaurant grown ups only theatre upgraded so their food and service is wayyyy better. Hurray last hunger games movie. Definitely a good time. My challenge states that dates ain't no thang. Plus I feel really happy. Hurray blooming healthy food relationship! We went for my walking goal after. A good night ♡♡♡

I need to up the ante a bit to catch up from my sick days, so tomorrow I am gonna go for a few miles I think. Whatever my body handles.

Husband took me for a very small walk. My fatigue is still a problem, but a little walk is better than nothing. I am finding I need to reduce my walking time to accomodate the issues I am having.

Food: tracking this specifically on my s health app to k ow my carbs. Today I ate, forrero rochers, salmon, vienna sausages, cheddar lil smokies, a little bit of an orange, mixed vegetables (83.5g carbs)

Exercise: 1.96mi walk, 80 freaking squats heck YES! :D

Today has been an awesome first day! I am so pleased and excited for every day now! Not even worried for my birthday week (like five different celebrations because my family is huuuuuge). Seriously loving my random exercise bag idea. Hurray!

Food: gamer day. Didn't log on purpose. I fucked this last week up but i also learned ice cream is a huge trigger food for me. Causes insta binge. Not something i can psychogically handle keeping around the house. This month I have ganed all i lost plus 5. Quite a bummer. In positive I fell in love with body weight exercise and have achieved nice progress with push ups. Next challenge will be interesting. Tomorrow I am starting off the the no dairy and gonna challenge myself to low carbs. Might as well end with a bang. :) looking forward to my work out tomorrow as well.
