I have been attempting a life change for 2-3 months.A litle about me...*I'm a 25 year old male living in the uk*Fix gym equipment for a living (I know a guy who fixes gym equipment needs to lose weight and get fit?!?)*With my job I spend most the day driving between jobs*That means stopping at McDonald's quite a lot - too much*I'm engaged to my partner of 5 years, due to marry July 2016*We have 2 dogs who I walk for 90+ minutes a day at least*I have barely any muscle strength*I can barely run for a minute without lungs collapsingI can't wait to level up!Thanks for reading.
