hiimrif Posted February 4, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2012 Im about 6'1", I'm just using the bf% on my scale so not sure how acurate it is but its consistent with itself. I did use one of the hand helbodyfat meters at the gym this morning and it was like 31-32%. Im going eith the scale bwcause thats what i use as my measurement gauage. Quote Link to comment
