Seth - my brother's girlfriend says the same thing...she can do like a zillion pull ups...but no chin ups. I can do a partial pull up...get the top of my head over the bar at least.

Corey - I'm definitely most impressed by the change in my back. Also, most of this change was after 4 weeks...not a lot of progress in the last 2.

ETFNerd...blame it on the Superbowl...nachos and beer man...nachos and beer.
