JasonACraft Posted April 14, 2016 Report Share Posted April 14, 2016 So I'm not a slave to the scale, I only weigh in once a month, and I only measure once a quarter. For me I'm looking to be fit, stronger, and lose a bit of the dad belly. Today was my 90 day check in and here are my stats: I'm so stoked right now. I switched to paleo (-ish) in January and have been sticking to it and the 3 rules of the academy. Regular bodyweight strength routines scheduled out every other day and I can feel myself getting stronger. None of my pants fit right anymore! Still got a tummy, but heck, I'm 34, that's gonna take some time to come off. WOOT!! 6 Quote Link to comment

Makes tracking things so nice.... That's my some of my multi-workout rotation. Circuit training, whole body, body-weight. Makes it very easy to see what I've done and which things to increase every couple weeks. 1 Quote Link to comment
