Louisekaydee Posted April 16, 2016 Report Share Posted April 16, 2016 Hi! I'm Louise. I just started eating paleo a few weeks ago and I've been feeling amazing! My new diet was taking me so much time and energy to plan that I didn't really think about the workout part of getting healthy until now when paleo has become a routine. I just started with the beginner bodyweight video this morning and made it through 2 cycles. I even managed a pushup! I first found the wonderful world of Nerd Fitness 2-3 years ago and creeped around bit without doing anything. Why oh why didn't I try it the first time I saw it! So anyway, I've lost about 10 pounds already since starting a new diet (I knew I was ready to change my lifestyle when the scale broke 300 the first time...) and my energy has been through the roof. I'm loving it! I got my boyfriend on board too and we've both been feeling awesome. Cant wait to meet people here who are going through the same life changes I am! <3 1 Quote Link to comment

I'm glad to hear you're seeing so much improvement already. I've also just started with bodyweight workouts and I'm loving it.
