Here are my new 1rm's:Squat: 425Bench: 325Deadlift: 475High school just called, they want me to know its OK to be a late bloomer. I guess I can go home and tell my mom I'm a man now.PS- Just for the Koolaid drinkers, I also have a 235lb Overhead Press. Giving me a CrossFit Total of 1135lb. Quote Link to comment
