AustralMoonBear Posted February 22, 2012 Report Share Posted February 22, 2012 I've now been serious about fixing my diet and exercise patterns (and improving my blood/awesomeness level) for 1 week.Today I put on a buisness shirt that was uncomfortably tight across the stomache and chest last week.It fits properly again!This progress is gave me the boost to get through a fully catered breakfast meeting with fruit. No cheese and bacon croissants, no muffins, not quiche, no greasy egg sangas. Just the fruit platter and I actually enjoyed it. Quote Fitocracy || Twitter Link to comment
