Hello, I’ll be enslaving you soon

Recommended Posts

Hello. My name’s David and I’m a Database Programmer. Back in high school I participated in wrestling and football, but dropped those after sophomore year because I just didn’t click with the rest of the team members. I’m a big guy, standing at 6’5 and weighing about 400 lbs. It’s not all fat though, I’ve still got a decent amount of muscle, but I’ve lost a lot of the strength that I used to have.

The last few years I’ve had half-hearted attempts at trying to clean myself up, but I’ve failed every time. I finally stumbled upon nerdfitness.com, and I’m motivated to change my life for the better, one level at a time.

I’ve already started logging my progress here: http://nerdfitness.com/community/showthread.php?8449-Here-comes-your-penguin-overlord

So, I start my tumble down the rabbit hole that hopefully leads to a better life, and me enslaving all of mankind with my awesome penguin army.

I've got a 6'5" 350lb cousin. He's a monster. Are you planning on getting back into weight lifting? The shear strength of dues your size is amazing. He benches 275lb 5x10 and makes my 6'0" 250lb frame look small. And he's just starting out.

Good luck with your army! I had a fledgling micro-bear army a while back, but that fell apart pretty quickly. The little guys don't take to orders particularly kindly...

Never think of pain or danger or enemies a moment longer than is necessary to fight them. -Ayn Rand

Amongst those less skilled you can see all this energy escaping through contorted faces, gritted teeth and tight shoulders that consume huge

amounts of effort but contribute nothing to achieving the task.
