A little back story: Coworker of mine just had the stomach surgery and is losing weight because of it (they did it because they didn't want to be diabetic). I don't want to get to that point. I want to run. Want to be free to do whatever I want. This, is my driving force. Day 1 here was pretty calm, Day 2 (yesterday) not so much (12+ hour work day), and today I'm again trying to keep a level head and a leash on my fork. Next week is a 2k fun run/walk that I am signed up to do (walking hopefully with a coworker). Gonna stay strong and dig in.
