300 badassery!!!!

Trying my best in the 6 week challenge. Doing ok with diet and havent majorly fallen off the bandwagon but wanted too give out a WOOT WOOT!!!! After just a few months after invasive heart surgey I did a modified version of the "300" workout Including @ 25 pullups for the session. Havent done that many in such a long time ( at least a month before surgery) I sat on a bench and cried at the gym. Its so hard coming back after literally being cut in half. I even felt pretty good after the workout and going to increase my weights and reps for the next one (cause Im just a masochistic bastard!) WOOT WOOT, y'all.
