bangee Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 Following Nerd Fitness From a far for a while, want to join the challenge.Actually started last week want to make it official want to drop 20lbs from 180lbs to 160 ideal weight goal is 155 more muscleim 5'5' tall Eat paleo started just matter of keeping up with itdrink a lot of water 1.5 ltrs per daywant to run two times per week and left weights and do some circuits 3 x s per week at the end of this want to be able to do at least 3 one handed push ups Life goals want to read at least 2 books (will try for 3 )Spiritual Grow closer to God doing this timework study for a certification Exam for May will be checking back for tips and following along the way.until later peeps Peace Quote Link to comment

I think the deadline was a while ago. But, I guess it wouldn't hurt to contact spezzy to see if you can still get in.Regardless, good luck with your goals, and I hope to see you around the boards.
