New Years resolutions usually fail, so I'm doing it now!

Hey everyone! I'm here to get some motivation, I've been trying to lose 10lbs and get stronger which has led to me gaining 10 more pounds and getting weaker. I think it was because the stress of having to meet an arbitrary number and lack of a support system, so here I am to hopefully find support, motivation and accountability. I've also decided to ignore the scale and focus on my performance numbers and eating better. I can then reevaluate weight goals in a few months after gaining some momentum.
