I'm here to get some motivation, I've been trying to lose 10lbs and get stronger which has led to me gaining 10 more pounds and getting weaker. I think it was because the stress of having to meet an arbitrary number and lack of a support system, so here I am to hopefully find support, motivation and accountability. I've also decided to ignore the scale and focus on my performance numbers and eating better. I can then reevaluate weight goals in a few months after gaining some momentum. Quote Link to comment
