I surprised myself!

So I'm really proud of myself and had to share. Yesterday while doing my workout I really pushed myself hard especially for my push ups and bicycle crunches. I got 13 regular push ups in a row! And I did bicycle crunches for 50 seconds straight! I've always had to rest before and this time I didn't. Booyah!

Q. Well, what kind of strength do you want?

A. You mean I get to choose? Polar bear strength! I want polar bear strength!
