I've been fallowing the Osmin Hernandez diet for the most part. For those who don't watch Operation Osmin it's fish, salad, and water. It isn't the only thing I eat but it's a huge portion of my meals. All I drink is water, or maybe a cup of skim milk for breakfast.Have 1 hour intense workouts with my buddy who just so happens to be a personal trainer on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. on Tuesday, and Thursday I do HIIT on treadmill, row machine, or cycle for 20minutes. Weekends are breaks. So far, this is the result..On the left: That's me weighing in at 240lbs. On the right: That's me now at 207lbs.
