Before I joined my PL club I brought 10# bumper plates to my local gym for my deadlifts while I was working up to 135# being my warm up. I brought them in a rather large black canvas backpack. Doing a bit of dabbling in the Unix classes on code academy. The reason for my less than stellar eating lately: I have been using Amazon Fresh, which I liked a lot because i could edit the list at the end and avoid impulse purchases, and they would take the totes back and recycle everything for me. Totally worth the subscription for all that. But they've stopped with the totes and won't do the recycling anymore, so now I'm left with a pile of plastic shit and I don't want to deal with that. Probably going to cancel and go back to box stores :/ Meanwhile, I've just been kinda lazy while waffling on the issue. Today's plan is to Do Things (some of which Are Done), then go to a birthday party where I totally plan to drink. I mostly tuned him out because his tone was somewhat hostile and whatever a word exists for thinking you're smarter than you are, he was being that, too. I can enjoy a light hearted, non combative discussion in this vein, but unfortunately this was not that, so I turned to the people on my OTHER side to chit chat until he swapped topics. It is just super not my favorite thing when my ears prick up because I hear my general belief-system label and then discover that a person I just met is attributing all of these strange and incorrect values to it in such a way to puff up his own beliefs, just... a party is not the time. No time is the time for that, really. Today I have lifted while slightly hungover, successfully, and later plan to write and study a bit, and do some planks. Won't be the best week on the books, and I'm thinking about replacing mobility with a sugar goal. And then you have to be careful b/c booby traps will take some safe fights from 0 to 100 way fast then everyone dead and you start back at 51 again, womp womp We're stuck on the boss at 180 because he's SO chaotic. There's so much to dodge, and he hits pretty hard if someone doesn't dodge and then he spams a big hit at the end over and over and it's just too dang much for us. So we get all the way to 180, then have to start over. (We take big long breaks between attempts so we don't become hardened criminals. Eos is the unofficial healer of Haukke. I got partially into the ARR one and was like HEYYY NOPE DOT COM this shit is bananas I'm gonna go PvP instead. The mhachi currency from the 3 raids will upgrade that to a 270 weapon.
