Hello Everyone!

My name is Emily, and I am 18 years old.

To be in a good healthy zone, I would need to lose about 20 lbs., but I am less interested in the scale as I am feeling better and being able to do more. I have decent stamina and strength, but I still need to reverse some unhealthy habits and I'm dying to make exercise fun again.

As school, work, and extracurriculars piled up I quit rugby and stopped thinking as much about how I ate. Before I head off to college, I think its really important to establish healthy habits.

Anyways, I think posting on here-even with a small group of readers- would definitely help me keep track and give me a great support group.

Welcome to the Rebellion. Read up as there ton's of a great info on this site. Also, people on the boards are always willing to help out. My first piece of advice is come up with a goal and then simply right down what you think it will take to get there. Then take pride in what you are trying to do!

Anyway, like I said, welcome to NF.
