One of my big goals is to do the side splits aka jazz splits (middle splits will be a goal for down the track!) - I want to get them by next month and I am fairly close already. Just thought I'd start a discussion board for people who can do them or want to achieve them? Would like to know thoughts on: - Stretching routines - How you achieved them - Safety and injury (i.e. knees??? Over stretching?) - Alignment - Resources - Anything else! Thanks
