Stopping by to toss my hat in the ring. No idea how much weight I've lost over the past couple of years. I'm guessing around 65-70 gradually over time. Took Zija for a while, that was way to expensive. Was on Amphetamines for about 8 months this year and lost a little over 30 pounds, I'm now down to 270. Starting Paleo, HIIT and strength training. 31 years old, 2 kids a four year old and a one year old, both girls. Just finished coaching soccer for my 4 year old and got a very nice reminder that I'm fat and way out of shape and don't want to be. Looking forward to learning and working with you all!

Welcome!  Having two kids, I imagine your free time can be a little sparse sometimes.  Have you thought of what kind of workout plan you want to go for?  And do you have any goals outside of just weight loss?
