Sounds like exactly the right choice man, and love the songs to illustrate it

Went to another thread, but had to come back because I realised how excellent this comment was!

Thank you Yeah, I've noticed that. And it's not just that we're all feeling bad, it's that we've all got quite a bit going on. Wierd. Anyway, thank you mate

Excellent, cheers man. It looks a bit more complicated then I think I need right now; my weights are still pretty low so linear progress is still pretty quick. Will be interested to watch how you get on with it though, it might be one for the future for me Sorry to hear life's stressful for you at the moment, but you're rockin' it looking after your family man! Take care of yourself too!

Sorry to hear life's been knocking you, but it sounds like you're dealing with it superbly!

Struggling at the moment. A lot of uncertainty surrounding my job and it's just stressing me out. I think I'm doing okish challenge wise, but for some reason I can't bring myself to track properly. Here's an update of sorts anyway. Move: Going well. Climbed instead of running Saturday, ran Sunday (which was short and rubbish but at least I went out), lifting Monday, very short run this morning, badminton tonight. Track: Not happened since Friday. Brush: Not going well. Sleep: Seem to be coping - will try and catch up on some more tonight. Budget: Last week was awful. Pay day on Friday so I just need to be exceptionally frugal for a few days. Freedom: 28 days smoke free (to and including 17/10/16). Oo, I've hit 4 weeks! Ranger Mini: 1Plenty done, but need to count. Daily Dare: Will try and hit a few more, but really just looking forward to next challenge so I can go for a better number.

Damn, and I thought I'd cracked it there! Thanks for the reminder; the show was called "Clean Eating's Dirty Secrets" and was on BBC Three. Link here (not sure if it works outside of the UK): http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07r1hnj ----- I need to do an update at some point. Well I need to work out what I've done in the last few days, and then I need to do an update. In the meantime, I saw The Tubes on Saturday night, so I'll leave you guys with a couple of my favourite tracks. You can get footage of their full shows on YouTube, if you've got time I would really recommend it for the bizarre stage shows they put on!

That sounds great! I agree it's definitely better to really see a country than just the tourist spots. In my (limited) experience European capitals rarely represent the country that they're in with any accuracy.

All Guilds Gonna Ranger: Chapter I of the Mega Mash-up Mini Challenge
Jarric replied to Rurik Harrgath's topic in Rangers
Funny; that's the name of my next album... -
So just start it now? We'll catch up in a bit. Also thank you for making me imagine Alex Salmond's foreplay techniques, definitely no nightmares for me tonight...

Yeah, it is actually, isn't it? Context I think. Being afraid of sharks whilst swimming in shark infested waters - totally rational. Being afraid of being attacked by sharks at the top of a skyscraper 500 miles inland - quite irrational. Also, daddy long legs creep me the hell out!

I'm about the same with calories; on a lazy day I only burn 1700-1800 (per day) which is a bit of an issue as I want to eat 3000 per day! Looks like you're rocking week 3, well done!

Yeah, it certainly seems apt! True, that might have been my plan at the time (or maybe I was just really hungry!). If I'd had just washed them down with a gallon of water maybe I would have got away with it! ----- Quick update as I'm on mobile. Badminton happened (I lost, but never mind). Watched a really interesting program on "Clean Eating" and what it means to different people and what doctors have to say about certain diets. Will try to find out the name later and post it here. Leg day at the gym today was good. Will work out my numbers for the mini at some point; should have added a decent chunk. Went out with my Dad today, we'd bought him a track day driving Aston Martins for his birthday, so I went to watch him do some driving. He seemed to enjoy it, so that was cool. Off to see a band with him tonight, will try not to go so mad on the drink this time! Tomorrow bouldering, snooker, off to see The Tubes in the evening (look them up!). Should be a good day! Other challenge stuff: still not smoking, brushing's not great, budget will be out the window shortly.

Thank you dude! The Thunderball sounds epic, that's gonna be great fun! And now I'm off to google Juggernaut, because apparently getting excited about new lifting programs is part of my life now...

That house looks incredible man, I hope it works out for you! I'm also incredibly envious; $175,000 works out about the cost of a 1 bed flat where I live!
-
Clearly the correct choice sir; looks lovely! Also, well done on Hell's Pyramid, that's reasonably insane!
